Guaranty Policy:
Credit card or bank deposity
is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges Low season.
Must cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges high season.
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person Policy:
Extra person charge is for $18.00 USD per extra person in room. High Season.
Extra person charge is for $15.00 UDS per extra person in room. Low season.
Kids Policy:
Up to 11 years old children will be considered as minors. 12 years old and older children will be charged as adults.
2 less than 12 years old children can share room with 2 adults.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
